As we expand, we are looking for an experienced Digital Marketing Manager to lead and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns that drive traffic, generate leads, and increase brand visibility. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in SEO, PPC, social media marketing, content marketing, and data analysis, with the ability to manage a team and optimize digital strategies for business success.


Key Responsibilities

1. Digital Marketing Strategy & Execution

  • Develop and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies aligned with business goals.
  • Oversee SEO, PPC, social media marketing, content marketing, and email marketing campaigns.
  • Identify new digital growth opportunities, trends, and emerging platforms to enhance brand positioning.
  • Optimize conversion funnels and customer journeys to maximize engagement and lead generation.

2. SEO & Website Optimization

  • Plan and execute on-page and off-page SEO strategies to improve organic search rankings.
  • Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, and technical SEO audits.
  • Optimize website content, meta descriptions, and internal linking for better search visibility.
  • Monitor Google Search Console, fix indexing issues, and improve Core Web Vitals.

3. Paid Advertising (PPC) & Performance Marketing

  • Plan, manage, and optimize Google Ads, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and YouTube Ads campaigns.
  • Conduct A/B testing to improve ad performance and reduce cost-per-acquisition (CPA).
  • Monitor and analyze ad spend, ROI, and conversion rates, making data-driven adjustments.
  • Implement retargeting and lookalike audience strategies to enhance lead generation.

4. Social Media & Content Marketing

  • Develop and manage content calendars, social media strategies, and engagement initiatives.
  • Oversee the creation of engaging blog posts, social media creatives, videos, and ad copies.
  • Collaborate with content creators and designers to maintain brand consistency.
  • Track engagement metrics and optimize content for maximum reach and impact.

5. Analytics, Reporting & Optimization

  • Track, analyze, and report campaign performance using Google Analytics, SEMrush, Ahrefs, Facebook Pixel, and other digital tools.
  • Provide actionable insights based on data to optimize campaigns and marketing efforts.
  • Generate weekly/monthly reports to measure KPIs and marketing success.

6. Team Leadership & Collaboration

  • Lead and mentor a team of SEO specialists, PPC experts, content creators, and social media managers.
  • Coordinate with developers, designers, and content teams to ensure cohesive branding and messaging.
  • Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends, industry updates, and best practices.

Requirements & Qualifications

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in digital marketing, SEO, PPC, and social media marketing.
  • Strong knowledge of Google Ads, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and YouTube Ads.
  • Proficiency in SEO tools (Google Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, Moz).
  • Hands-on experience with Google Analytics, Facebook Pixel, and CRM tools.
  • Experience in conversion rate optimization (CRO) and A/B testing.
  • Strong analytical, strategic, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Excellent team management, leadership, and communication skills.
  • Basic knowledge of WordPress, HTML, and website optimization is a plus.
