We are hiring a Digital Marketing Executive to develop, implement, and manage multi-channel marketing campaigns that generate leads, boost brand visibility, and improve customer engagement.
Job Overview
The Digital Marketing Executive will execute SEO, social media, PPC, and content marketing strategies to improve brand awareness and business performance. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with digital marketing tools, data analysis, and campaign optimization.
Key Responsibilities
SEO & Website Optimization
- Conduct keyword research, on-page & off-page SEO, and competitor analysis.
- Optimize website content, meta tags, headings, and URLs for search engines.
- Monitor Google Search Console & Analytics to improve rankings and traffic.
Social Media Marketing
- Develop and manage social media campaigns across LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, and YouTube.
- Create engaging content, graphics, and videos to drive social media growth.
- Monitor and engage with the audience to build a strong online community.
PPC & Performance Marketing
- Plan and execute Google Ads, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and YouTube Ads.
- Set up targeted ad campaigns to drive traffic, leads, and conversions.
- Analyze ad performance metrics and optimize campaigns for higher ROI.
Content Marketing & Email Campaigns
- Develop blog posts, landing pages, and marketing content optimized for SEO.
- Execute email marketing campaigns using Mailchimp, HubSpot, or similar tools.
- A/B test subject lines, email formats, and CTAs for better engagement.
Analytics & Reporting
- Track and measure the success of campaigns using Google Analytics, SEMrush, Ahrefs, and Facebook Pixel.
- Generate weekly/monthly performance reports with actionable insights.
- Continuously optimize strategies based on data-driven decisions.
Requirements & Qualifications
Experience:
- Minimum 2 years in digital marketing, performance marketing, or growth marketing.
Technical Skills:
- Strong knowledge of Google Ads, Facebook Ads, SEO, social media marketing, and content marketing.
- Hands-on experience with Google Analytics, Search Console, and campaign tracking tools.
- Proficiency in SEO tools (SEMrush, Ahrefs, Moz), email marketing platforms, and CRM tools.
- Basic knowledge of HTML, WordPress, and website optimization (preferred).
Marketing Knowledge:
- Strong understanding of customer acquisition, lead generation, and conversion funnels.
- Experience with B2B and B2C marketing strategies.
Soft Skills:
- Creativity, problem-solving, and strategic thinking.
- Strong communication and copywriting skills.
- Ability to work independently and in a team-oriented environment.
