To support our expansion and strengthen our client base, we’re looking for a Business Development Manager who can lead sales initiatives, drive growth, and build lasting client relationships.


Role Overview

As a Business Development Manager, you’ll be responsible for identifying business opportunities, generating qualified leads, closing sales, and managing client relationships. You should have a proven track record in B2B sales, preferably in the digital services domain.

This is a strategic and client-facing role that requires excellent communication, negotiation, and planning skills.


Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities in web development, SEO, branding, and digital marketing services.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients.
  • Prepare compelling business proposals, presentations, and pricing strategies tailored to client needs.
  • Manage the complete sales cycle—from lead generation to deal closure.
  • Conduct market research to stay ahead of industry trends and competitor activities.
  • Represent InnoInfotech in client meetings, calls, and networking events.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth project onboarding and delivery.
  • Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities in CRM tools.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or a related field.
  • 2–4 years of proven experience in B2B sales or business development, preferably in IT or digital services.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Strong knowledge of digital services like website development, SEO, PPC, social media, branding, etc.
  • Skilled in using sales tools and CRM platforms.
  • Strategic thinker with a goal-oriented approach and problem-solving ability.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
  • Strong negotiation and closing skills.
