Role Overview

As a Business Development Executive, you’ll be responsible for identifying leads, initiating client communication, presenting solutions, and assisting in closing deals. You’ll work closely with our marketing and technical teams to deliver solutions that align with client needs.


Key Responsibilities

  • Identify potential leads via platforms like LinkedIn, email, freelance portals, and networking
  • Reach out to prospective clients and explain our services effectively
  • Schedule and conduct discovery calls or meetings with qualified leads
  • Prepare business proposals and quotations under guidance
  • Assist senior team members in closing deals and project onboarding
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships for repeat business and referrals
  • Stay informed about industry trends and competitors
  • Maintain activity reports and CRM records regularly

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or IT
  • 1–3 years of experience in sales, lead generation, or business development (preferably in digital or IT services)
  • Strong communication and presentation skills
  • Basic understanding of digital services like web development, SEO, and branding
  • Self-motivated, confident, and results-oriented
  • Ability to manage time effectively and work independently
  • Familiarity with LinkedIn, Upwork, Freelancer, or similar platforms is a plus
